Shipping by Airlines, we offer shipping to all destinations within the U.S. and Canada. Shipping charges vary based on the destination and range from $150 to $450. The shipping cost includes airfare, the kitten's shipping crate (pet taxi), a veterinary health certificate, and a kitten care packet. The care packet contains a bag of the kitten’s current food and essential kitten care information to help them settle into their new home.  For added peace of mind, we also offer the option to have a professional pet shipping agency accompany your kitten. Experienced Pet Nannies will accompany your kitten from the airport to the your home address and ensure their safe travel. Upon arrival, the Pet Nanny will transport your kitten directly to your home using a pet delivery van.  Kittens are typically shipped via counter-to-counter service, traveling in a pressurized, temperature-controlled compartment for their comfort. The total shipping cost is determined by the destination and airline, and the flight usually takes between 3 to 5 hours. Rest assured, we always prioritize your kitten’s comfort and well-being, ensuring they travel with food and water to stay hydrated and nourished during their journey.

B: 

Shipping by Specialized Ground Service, alternatively, you can choose specialized ground transport for direct delivery to your doorstep. This service is available throughout the U.S. and Canada, with pricing based on distance and location. A dedicated pet nanny will accompany your kitten in the delivery van, ensuring their safety and comfort on the journey to your home. While this option is more affordable, please note that it may take a bit longer for the kitten to arrive compared to air travel.

We understand your concerns about shipping, but rest assured, the safety and comfort of your kitten are our top priority. Shipping via American airlines is safe and well-regulated, with stringent measures in place to protect pets during travel. We take great care to ensure that your kitten has everything it needs for a smooth journey.

Each kitten’s crate will be equipped with food and feeding instructions, as well as frozen water that gradually thaws during the trip. We also provide a soft bed of shredded newspapers for comfort, a chew toy, and a sock with our scent to help your kitten feel secure. We monitor the entire journey closely, tracking flights and layovers to ensure a safe arrival. The kitten will typically arrive the same day, often just a few hours after departure.

A:
Absolutely! You’re welcome to travel and pick up your kitten in person. Most airlines don’t charge an additional fee for flying with a kitten, aside from the standard personal flight fee. However, some airlines may charge an extra fee for pet travel, so it’s best to check with the airline directly.

A:
No, we do not recommend vaccinating your new kitten within the first 14 days of arrival. Your kitten will already be up-to-date on vaccinations before leaving our care. It’s important to let your kitten adjust to their new environment before any additional stress or vaccinations are introduced.

However, we recommend taking your kitten for a check-up within 48 hours of arrival to ensure their health and well-being. If any health issues are discovered, we will either provide you with a new kitten or issue a refund if no other kitten is available.

A:
Yes! If you and a friend purchase two or more kittens at the same time and they travel together on the same flight, we can offer a discount of $250 - $500 off the final price. Please note that this discount is not available for all kittens and breeds, so contact us directly for more information. Shipping will be arranged once the kitten is paid in full, and the sales agreement contract has been signed.

Once your kitten’s flight is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the necessary flight details, including the precise airport location where you can pick up your kitten. The confirmation will also include a unique confirmation number. Please make sure to arrive on time and bring a valid ID for verification.
